Our customized baby products are a great way to celebrate the thought and love that went into naming your special baby. 

You can personalize the names and the font colors on all items marked "Customizable" by clicking the "Personalize Design" button.

"Leodie" is placeholder text (and way cuter than "Your Name Here").

If you'd like to use a cute word or phrase, you can type that in too!

Be sure to customize all the text options or they'll say Leodie instead of your customized name or word.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Since our items are all print-on-demand, they are all considered custom made are only eligible for return if there is an error on the part of our printer. Please be careful to select the correct design, spelling, color, and size. See our full Return Policy.

We used our name as placeholder text because it's cuter than "Your Name Here" to show what's customizable.

Wherever you see Leodie or an L on a product, you can customize the text with your baby's name.

NOTE: If you see Leodie or an L multiple times on a product, you'll need to change each one to the name you'd like.

MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMIZED NAMES ARE SPELLED CORRECTLY. Misspellings on your part do not qualify for returns.

Please DO NOT ship products back to our printer without contacting us first. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of items you attempt to return without our knowledge or approval, and we are not responsible for products, or the cost of products, lost in shipping in an attempt to return them.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 

Shipping will take additional time. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

• Fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 
• Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. 
• Fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
